In essence, C3000 is the world’s first humanitarian blockchain-based DAO, designed not only to govern the World3000 ecosystem, but to lead the movement toward a fairer, more peaceful, and prosperous world by 2030 and beyond.

Governors (900 Seats)
Governors serve as the regional leaders and strategic coordinators within World3000.
While Chancellors operate globally, Governors focus on nation-level or multi-city development, acting as the bridge between World3000’s central mission and local execution.
